What does RESALE/Excellent Used Condition mean? All clothing sold on Sweet Pea and Teddy is either NEW or Pre-Owned in Excellent Used Condition. Pre-Owned Excellent Used Condition means that the item has been previously worn, washed and dried. Items are in excellent condition meaning free from stains and rips. Each item listed has been inspected for any imperfections before being listed. 

What does NEW mean when you see it in a listing?  If you see the word NEW  in a listing this indicates that the item being sold is brand new with tags attached or new without tags meaning it has never been worn. 

How often is new inventory added to the site? We are adding new merchandise to our site daily. Check back often as no two items are the same! 

What types of Payments do you accept? Our site accepts most major credit cards as well as PAYPAL.

What am I being charged for shipping? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the items to be shipped. All purchases will be shipped via USPS.

How quickly will my purchase ship? After purchasing, we will try our best to ship your merchandise out in 1 business day. At times of high order volume, order fulfillment may be further delayed. You will receive tracking information via email notifying you that your item has shipped. If there is a problem with your order or there will be a delay in shipping your purchase, you will be notified via email. 

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive? After fulfillment, standard shipping arrival can take between 3-8 business days. Please note that packages are being delivered via your local post office and any delays due to weather, handling etc. that are out of our company controls will need to be dealt with locally by the customer, especially once tracking has indicated that the package has made its way to its destination. 

What if I need my package shipped sooner than the 3-8 business days? Please contact support at Julianne@sweetpeaandteddy.com. Indicate how soon you need the package delivered and we will work with you to make arrangements to get it to you as quickly as we can. There will be an additional cost associated with this service. The cost will be based on weight of package as well as current carrier rates based on final destination. 

Does Sweet Pea & Teddy charge sales tax? Currently we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Illinois. If you are shipping to this state(s), the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total after discounts.

Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been submitted? Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it goes immediately for fulfillment and cannot be changed. Please check your order carefully before submitting.

What is your return policy?  One way we accomplish offering great prices is by selling all of our clothing and accessories as "final sale." We are unable to accept returns. Although we always do our best to catch imperfections prior to selling the items to you, if you do receive an item that is not as described, please let us know within 3 days of its receipt and we promise to do our best to make it right.
